I like the leading line hidden in it and the fact that it's hard to focus on element before another takes you in. It's a beautiful image that breaks many rules yet sits in harmony together to form new rules
I also think converting it to monochrome works well with the image as I can't image all these elements in color.
I also think the contrast/tonal map works well together.
It's befitting to be aptly named - Beautifully organised imperfection. Your eye has found something beautiful to capture and you have done it well.
